Plant & Terminal Operator - Casual Role
Job Description
Our Tauranga operations are on the lookout for responsible and reliable people to join our close-knit team on a casual basis. Please note that this is a casual position and does not have guaranteed hours.
What will you be doing?
- Involves the loading and or unloading of a wide range of bulk liquids, including but not limited to petroleum fuels, diesel, chemicals, tallow and bitumen ships.
- Additional duties may be offered based on your skills and positive attitude.
- Flexibility is key—we operate a 24/7 operation, so you’ll need to be available for day, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
- The work involves manual handling and working outside in all weather conditions.
- You will follow all operating procedures thoroughly and safely, including strict health and safety requirements.
About you:
- Proven ability to manage your time and work in a busy environment.
- A reliable and committed team member.
- Physically fit.
- Good verbal communication and able to maintain accurate written records.
- A current full Class A New Zealand driver licence is essential.
