Sells company's products to new clients or assigned accounts. Visits clients, assesses client needs, improves brand awareness, and suggests appropriate products. Ensures effective implementation of marketing and sales plans. Responds to enquiries, negotiates sales and concludes sales orders.
Manage and grow key account business (300 MINR), ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and strong customer relationships.
Lead end-to-end NPD (New Product Development) with existing customers, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
Ensure timely collections, payment follow-ups, and rebate/credit note closures to maintain financial discipline.
Supervise and support Customer Service Executives (CSEs) to deliver high service standards and efficient execution.
Coordinate closely with the Bangalore plant for supply planning, order execution, and on-time delivery aligned with customer commitments.
Identify opportunities for business expansion, cost optimization, and process improvement within the assigned accounts.
Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and performance insights to internal stakeholders and management.
