Ansell is looking for an Associate Manager, Manufacturing Operations to join our team in Ansell Vina!
This role responsible for planning, managing, and controlling glove manufacturing operations to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production, meeting targets in quality, productivity, cost, and delivery, while building strong execution discipline on the shop floor.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Associate Director, Manufacturing Operations, you will:
- Production & Operations Management: Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities to meet output targets. Coordinate with Maintenance, QA/QC, and Supply Chain to resolve production issues. Optimize manpower, machines, materials, and methods (4M).
- Quality & Process Control: Ensure products comply with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements. Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company safety policies. Promote a strong safety culture on the shop floor.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S). Identify opportunities to improve productivity, yield, and cost efficiency.
- APS: Coordinate with APS leader to drive and deploy APS for production
- People Management & Development: Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, and operators. Conduct performance reviews and training needs analysis.
- Planning & Reporting: Monitor production KPIs (OEE, yield, downtime, efficiency, cost). Participate in budgeting and cost control activities.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with QA, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, and HR. Support audits (internal, customer, regulatory). Communicate clearly with management regarding risks and performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested by supervisor.
What will you bring to Ansell?
Education:
Bachelor’s degree and above in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Statistical, Material or related major.
Job Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experiences in manufacturing
- Experience in Textile/Garment/Glove Manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience in ERP D365 or SAP
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing
