We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to help establish and support our growing presence in the LATAM region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building operations from the ground up, partnering closely with leadership, and playing a key role in shaping a high-performing local team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading all HR and compliance-related matters for our new LATAM office
- Supporting office setup, vendor coordination, and workplace organization
- Acting as a trusted business partner to leadership on people and operational matters
- Managing recruitment efforts and helping build a strong local team over time
- Ensuring alignment with local labor regulations and operational requirements
- Supporting employee development and helping foster a positive company culture
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- Good understanding of the operational and regulatory landscape within LATAM markets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working within an accounting firm, financial services, or shared services environment
