Salaries between $38.26 - 39.56 + production bonus up to $190/ week and a distance premium with an average of $17/ day

(Salaries are based on $36.44 and $37.68 + 5% of the hours worked)

The Industrial/Construction Electrician is responsible to for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within our automated facility. Success in this role means contributing to a quality-driven, safety-first environment while delivering exceptional results for our customers.

Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, the Industrial/Construction Electrician will be a self-starter with a ‘’Can do’’ attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Some key responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:


Perform Maintenance: Perform the installation, verification and repair of cables, sockets, boxes, conduits, among others, electrical industrial control system devices and their devices. Being able to use specialized devices and software and make rapid diagnoses, while respecting occupational health and safety standards and laws.
• Read and Interpret Schematics: Use electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to identify and address electrical problems. Be able to read and understand diagrams plans and specifications.
Install and Test Systems: Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance, and perform preventive maintenance programs
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Work collaboratively with the management, production, and maintenance team.

Working conditions:
• Work in a manufacturing environment exposed to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
• Availability to work various shifts, including days and nights shifts. As well as weekends as needed.

 Required Education: Industrial Electrician Diploma (Red Seal) or Construction. A bloc 3 may also be considered
Years of experience: 2 to 5 years in electricity, in an industrial environment would be an asset
• Knowledge or experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and various control systems would be an asset
• Bilingual – an asset (French/English)
• Demonstrate an interest in continuing to learn and progress in the electrician/programmer profession and being in the lookout for new developments in the field.
