Schedule:

Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm) with availability after hours, weekends, and holidays.

**Anticipated Start Date: June 27, 2026.**

 

Starting Pay:

$87,000.00

Associates: Nursing (Required)

 

Certifications We're Looking For:

Registered Nurse (RN) - State Board of Nursing

 

Experience We're Looking For:

Experience with children/youth/adolescents in a Crisis setting | 2 Years | Required Experience working with children, adolescents, or transition-aged youth with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder | 2 Years | Required Substance Use Experience | 1 Year | Not Required Supervisory Experience | 1 Year | Required

Additional Details:

To qualify for this position, you must have: At least two (2) years of experience working with children, adolescents, or transition-aged youth diagnosed with a mental health, I/DD, and/or substance use disorder in a crisis setting AND One (1) year of supervisory experience

 

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure that the unit is clinically staffed appropriately including, but not limited to hour responsibility and ability to cover shifts that work either days or nights as needed.

  • Analyze patient flow problems and assist in instituting corrective actions.

  • Monitor clinical staff performance in compliance with established timeframes.

  • Function as an electronic health record super user working closely to ensure that appropriate training, error monitoring and corrections are completed in a timely manner.

  • Provide direction and support for clinical staff in order to achieve the clinical goals and objectives of the unit and program.

  • Ensure that equipment and supplies that the providers require are readily available at the time they are needed and in emergencies; includes medications, lab processing and notification of emergency medical services when indicated.

  • Oversee and control stock drugs and controlled substances, including monitoring of all clinical logs for accuracy and completion, including implementation of infection control and standard precautions. 

  • Manage staff (e.g., hiring, development, performance, terminating, etc.), to ensure utilization of positions assigned to best meet the needs of the individuals served.

  • Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required. Maintain current licensure and certification in all agency, state and federal training requirements.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific program areas.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations.

  • Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Driving and travel may be required
