Paralegal- Corporate, ECG

The Paralegal- Corporate, ECG is an integral part of Latham’s Legal Professional and Paralegal team. This role will be responsible for providing substantive support to attorneys and supervising paralegals in the management of emerging company, venture capital financing, and other corporate matters, while executing substantive legal and procedural tasks in support of emerging company, venture capital financing, and general corporate matters, taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables. This role will be located in our Los Angeles office in Century City.
