You will lead the execution of complex engineering and operational projects on international environment, ensuring alignment between technical excellence, timelines, and investment efficiency.
Your role will be key in connecting strategy with execution, building strong teams, and ensuring consistent delivery standards across geographies.
In this role, you will:
- Lead multiple EPC engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery excellence across regions.
- Manage CAPEX planning and control, optimize resources and ensure financial discipline.
- Develop and align multidisciplinary teams, driving performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree, with 10-15 years’ experience with leadership impact
- managing multiple complex projects in EPC environments, as well as managing multicultural teams and successful delivery of the project.
- Strong CAPEX management capabilities, with strategic and analytical approach to investment planning, balancing cost control with operational effectiveness.
- International project management experience
- Your exposure to global environments helps you to adapt quickly and lead across cultures.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- You communicate effectively in both languages, enabling seamless collaboration with global stakeholders and teams
Master’s degree (or higher)
