Director of Facilities, Safety & Risk Management

Under the general direction of the CIO/VP Facilities Management, will manage UMOS facility operations including inspecting and evaluating leased and owned sites to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building code requirements. Overseeing renovation of existing buildings, development of new facilities and negotiation of leased facilities. Manages building maintenance, custodial, and security personnel. Coordinates and administers functions related to building maintenance, security, environmental safety, and procurement of related goods and services.
