HFA Product Development

A short summary of the role, responsibilities, reporting structure, and impact followed by the tasks performed in this role.  The HFA Product Development is a senior individual contributor within Secondary / Capital Markets, responsible for the design, structuring, and launch execution of mortgage products and investor programs in the HFA space. This role focuses on translating investor requirements, and execution constraints into clearly defined, launch ready product structures.   This position is accountable for product development through launch readiness and formal handoff. Ongoing product ownership, guideline monitoring, and post launch maintenance are managed in this position.
