The Associate Implementation Manager is expected to participate in internal improvement initiatives and training sessions to continuously enhance service delivery. Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and effective multitasking are critical to success in this position.
- College degree, preferably in technical fields (Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, etc.)
- Minimum 2-4 Years of experience in operations, data Center construction, or the telecommunications/engineering industry
- Working knowledge of rack, cage, electrical distribution, and data cable infrastructure
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, one-line drawings, and construction specifications
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with MS Project
- Working knowledge of cost accounting
- Strong customer service, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in fast-paced, mission-critical environments
