Job Description
Job Summary:
The System Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system performance, security, and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, systems, and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage user accounts, access, and security settings
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and system security
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT issues
- Maintain IT documentation and system updates
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support
