Job Summary

Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations
Exhibits creative and decorating talents by personally preparing gourmets while leading the staff in preparing quality and consistent products for all areas
Works to continually improve associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget
Develops and trains team to improve results while maintaining standards
Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved

Job Requirements

Relevant experience in kitchen operations in luxury hotel is preferred
Passionate and service oriented
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Sous Chef
