What you´ll do Leadership of Regional Product Development Teams for NAMEX region for Business Unit Automotive Electronics, E-Mobility Components. Steers the execution of Innovation Roadmaps, Innovation Portfolios and Sustainability Strategies. Technical leadership responsibility for one Global Market Segment. Maintains and enhance technical relationship with key technical stakeholders at Automotive OEMs Tier1s. Develops relationships with perspective customers. Creates and shapes a digital, inclusive, collaborative and inspiring working culture. Coaches and develops the team to achieve and exceed innovation and business goals. Manages collaborations with suppliers and external partners including universities and other Institutions. Manages and coordinates teams across two different locations, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
