Warehouse Specialist
Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Member to join our team supporting retailers and riders across Australia. If you enjoy hands-on work, variety in your day, and being part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you. We operate Monday to Friday 7.30am – 3.30pm and are looking for a new team member who has LO & LF forklift licences.
KEY TASKS INCLUDE
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners
- Receive, check, palletise and stage inbound goods
- Put away stock accurately and complete required inventory transactions
- Replenish forward pick locations from bulk stock
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy tasks
- Identify and report product, labelling, packaging or location issues promptly
- Maintain clean, safe and organised warehouse areas
- Operate LF and LO forklifts safely and in line with procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Current LO and LF licences
- Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Solid computer skills and attention to detail
- Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental practices
- Physically capable of regular manual handling and movement throughout the day, including lifting items up to 25kg in line with safe work practices
- Reliable, team-oriented and proactive
