Job Description:

Performs probe card repair work at the SK-hynix onsite in Wuxi, China.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team in Wuxi, China. 
The ideal candidate will possess strong repair skills, excellent customer relationship abilities, and a keen eye for failure analysis and root cause identification. 
This role requires flexibility to work in a shift rotation schedule to ensure continuous support and service excellence.

- Proven repair skills with experience in troubleshooting technical equipment.
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to perform failure analysis and identify root causes effectively.
- Willingness to work in a shift rotation environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Skills:

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience. Operative/Technician roles will typically operate more complex machinery/processes | Required

Pay Range:

¥39,700.00 - ¥69,405.00

Pay Range Explained:

This role in Jiangsu, Jiangsu pays between ¥39,700.00 and ¥69,405.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You’ll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
