We’re looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join our Client Success team, where you’ll own campaign performance for a portfolio of high-value clients. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Managers in a pod structure—giving you the space to focus on what you do best: optimizing campaigns, uncovering insights, and driving measurable ROI.

What You’ll Do
Own day-to-day campaign performance across PPC and SEO initiatives
Optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and display networks
Analyze performance trends and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve ROI
Build and maintain pacing reports, performance dashboards, and campaign insights
Conduct A/B testing (ads, landing pages, keywords) to improve results
Partner with Account Managers to support client retention and growth
Participate in client meetings, presenting insights and performance updates as needed
Troubleshoot performance issues and identify new optimization opportunities
Support keyword strategy development and SEO performance reporting
Manage multiple campaigns and priorities within defined SLAs

What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
Strong hands-on experience with PPC campaign management
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and reporting
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Excel
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Strong communication skills—you can explain performance clearly and confidently
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Bonus If You Have
Experience in an agency or high-volume client environment
Exposure to multi-channel campaigns (display, social, email)
Advanced Excel or data analysis skills

The annualized base salary for this role will be $45, 000,00 - $70,000.00. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
