Détails de la Mission

This apprenticeship role involves supporting the management of a portfolio of around 100 small-sized, high-margin customers across the Sartomer product range (Resins, PI&Cationics).

It covers the full commercial cycle, from quotation to order processing, while contributing to customer and prospect follow-up. The role includes close interaction with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.

 

Your missions will be:

Sales activity
•    Monitor customer portfolio from the office to reach sales objectives (eg budget)
•    Regular call/teams with customers
•    In charge of price offer to customers and apply commercial policy (with the support of sales director)
•    Develop sales and unit margin
•    (Limited) technical development (with the support of technical team) 
•    Develop the use of My Arkema Portal (esp.reordering function)
•    Claim creation and follow-up
•    Update of Sales Force (eg opportunities, contact, visit report)
•    Quarterly report of the sales activity
•    Estimate and review of customer forecast; follow up missing forecast with customers
•    Manage credit limit with business and blocked orders for credit with credit team
•    Follow-up of payments and customer reminders

 

Order management activity
•    Create new customer in MdP and ERP system (SAP); maintain customer database in ERP (SAP)
•    Manage price list in ERP system (SAP)
•    Manage directly the order within ERP system (SAP)
•    Processing sample requests
•    Centralize customer request and dispatch to internal contacts, ensure feedback to customer
•    Transport quotation for new business developments
•    Processing product return and credit note, when necessary
•    Process credit / debit notes 

 

Lead management
•    Be the first point of contact for new leads
•    Define the market, activity and potential demand of the prospect (using standard questionnaire)
•    Organise technical meeting (via Teams) with prospect involving technical team and market manager
•    Create and follow opportunities in Sales force (with the approval of market manager)

Profil Recherché

You are currently a student in the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s degree or in a Master 1 program at a business school or university, with a focus on marketing or international business: 

 

  • Fluent speaking English
  • Strong customer mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys interacting and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Curious, agile, and able to work independently
  • Strong ability to collaborate with multiple internal interfaces
  • Proficient in ERP and CRM systems, as well as standard IT tools (especially Microsoft Office)
