Our newest opportunity is for a talented Mechanical Inspector to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. 

 


Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Carry out inspections of mechanical works on site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
  • Monitor installation activities related to HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
  • Ensure works are executed in compliance with quality, safety, and authority requirements.
  • Conduct material inspections and review method statements and inspection requests.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
  • Prepare inspection reports, snag lists, and daily progress updates.
  • Verify testing and commissioning activities for mechanical systems.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we expect that your career journey to date includes a minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience as a Mechanical Inspector.
  • Previous experience on villa, residential, or community development projects is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and infrastructure-related mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi standards and authority regulations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • UAE experience is mandatory.
