Our newest opportunity is for a talented Mechanical Inspector to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Carry out inspections of mechanical works on site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Monitor installation activities related to HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
- Ensure works are executed in compliance with quality, safety, and authority requirements.
- Conduct material inspections and review method statements and inspection requests.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Prepare inspection reports, snag lists, and daily progress updates.
- Verify testing and commissioning activities for mechanical systems.
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we expect that your career journey to date includes a minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 9 years of experience as a Mechanical Inspector.
- Previous experience on villa, residential, or community development projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and infrastructure-related mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi standards and authority regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
