Job Description

As a Client Experience Lead, you will be the main point of contact for allocated clients, ensuring they receive a high-quality, personalised service. You will conduct service reviews, manage and update care plans, support care professionals, and proactively address any concerns to maintain excellent client satisfaction.

  • Experience within the care sector
  • Supervisory or coordination experience preferred
  • Experience with care planning and medication (MAR charts)
  • Good IT skills and confidence using care systems
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required
  • Participation in an on-call rota (evenings/weekends) required
  • Enhanced DBS check required
  • Opportunities for training and development
