Description:
The Manager Healthcare Strategy plays a vital role in the development and deployment of strategic initiatives for the operating entities and business units of Baptist Health. Performs external market and internal analyses related to strategy formulation, proactively identifies opportunities, and works collaboratively with executive leadership, physician leaders and key stakeholders to drive quality decisions for Baptist Health. The Manager serves as an expert for strategic initiative development by providing objective analysis, guidance and direction on critical issues facing the entities and operating units of Baptist Health, while ensuring alignment and identifying synergies across the enterprise. Uses best practice project management skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. Professionalism, ability to effectively communicate and present to high-level audiences are essential to success in the role. Estimated salary range for this position is $122475.25 - $159217.83 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
- Masters.
- Masters's degree in Health Administration.
- Demonstrated experience in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, Project Management, Business Development and/or Management Consulting, with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in the healthcare industry or at a healthcare related company.
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills, including financial analysis and business planning, forecasting/modeling experience preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strategic problem solver.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with senior leadership, manage complex initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
