Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time
Pacific Coast Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing nursing team. We currently have openings for PM and NOC shifts and welcome both experienced nurses and new graduates who are eager to begin their careers in post-acute and skilled nursing care.

Pay Rate: $50.00–$52.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Registered Nurse is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during the assigned shift. This supervision must be conducted in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards. The RN works closely with the Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily nursing operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure residents receive high-quality care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and report significant changes as appropriate.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Maintain complete, accurate, and timely nursing documentation.
Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized resident care plans.
Respond promptly and effectively to resident needs and emergency situations.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety, and quality assurance standards.
Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive resident outcomes.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing assistants and other nursing personnel.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered care environment.
Qualifications
Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
New graduates welcome to apply.
Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
