Associate Director, Offering Management - Healthcare
Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate to join our Global Data Office team as an Associate Director, Offering Management.
In this role you will develop new services and data products for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, starting from real client needs. You will own the full product lifecycle — from idea and concept through go-to-market and ongoing development — coordinating cross-functional teams (development, production, marketing). In parallel, you will build relationships with key data suppliers, expand existing contracts, and create new commercial opportunities.
This is a hybrid role based in Almaty.

Our Global Data Office team maximizes the return on data for the healthcare industry.
Key responsibilities
Service portfolio development and management
Identify evolving client needs across pharma and healthcare and translate them into new service concepts.
Define what data is required and how to structure it for each new service; define, design, and position products, components, and platforms.
Lead projects from concept to delivery, coordinating internal functional teams and ensuring offerings meet customer needs and are economically and technically viable.
Own product roadmaps, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategy; make product lifecycle decisions (growth, extension, or sunset).
Go-to-market strategy and commercial growth
Develop and implement IQVIA's data product strategy with a focus on market demand.
Analyze internal demand, market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape; forecast trends and apply these insights to offering development.
Secure agreement on the complete go-to-market plan and required budget; co-manage annual product budget setting, staffing, and multi-year forecasting.
Prepare and present product updates, strategies, and business cases to executives.
Data supplier and contract management
Manage relationships with key data suppliers, ensuring a high level of supplier satisfaction.
Develop and execute a new contract strategy, expand the scope of existing agreements, and identify new business opportunities.
Lead negotiations to renew multi-year contracts; build relationships with key executives and decision makers.
Own panel cost planning and forecasting; develop and monitor account plans, adjusting them to changing business conditions.
Coordinate the involvement of IQVIA resources (marketing, consulting, client services) to anticipate and meet supplier and client needs.
Requirements

Proven track record in Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, or Commercial Excellence Management roles, with end-to-end delivery ownership.
