Advisor, E-Business 

The Programmatic Manager oversees the end-to-end execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns across multiple trading platforms, ensuring strong performance aligned with regional business goals. This role is responsible for campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and in-platform optimization across a range of formats—including display, video, native, CTV, rich media, and emerging channels—while maintaining accuracy and operational efficiency. By applying programmatic best practices in bidding strategies, audience targeting, inventory selection, and measurement, the manager drives optimal campaign performance. The role also involves close collaboration with regional leadership, media planning, creative, analytics, and ad operations teams to ensure timely launches and seamless execution.

You will: 

  • Execute and optimize programmatic campaigns to meet performance goals while maintaining strong operational rigor across setup, QA, and reporting.
  • Support process improvements and knowledge sharing across programmatic teams.
  • Drive end-to-end execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns across platforms, ensuring strong performance aligned with regional business goals.
  • Manage campaign setup, pacing, and in-platform optimizations across multiple formats while applying best practices in bidding, targeting, inventory, and measurement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign launches, seamless execution, and continuous performance improvement.

Essential Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing programmatic campaigns.
  • Strong DSP experience and understanding of optimization levers.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

 

Desirable Requirements 

  • Experience coordinating content or merchandising operations.
