CPH Paid Education Program Available: Tuition paid MA certification program in partnership with TCR (Technical College of the Rockies). Receive your RMA in 18 weeks while working for Cedar Point Health and earning internship credits. Program start dates are rolling throughout the year and available to Medical Assistant(MA) & Clinical Aide (CA) employees upon approval of supervisor.
Background checks will be performed with an offer of employment
Medical Translation Spanish Certification (CHI or CMI) is valued and considered for additional compensation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include, but are not limited to, the following:
Prepare, clean, and maintain exam rooms and treatment rooms.
Shadow and learn new skills from Medical Assistants and Front Office staff.
Teach and confirm the accuracy of vital sign measurements.
Review HIPAA, OSHA, and COVID policies and testing.
Treat patients with courtesy and compassion.
Help facilitate patient flow and communicate changes with patients and clinical staff.
Maintain courteous relationships with outside caregivers, insurance carriers, labs, hospitals, and pharmacies at all times.
Assist MA with ordering medical supplies & stocking exam rooms with appropriate items
Assist MA with Regular cleaning/maintenance of all medical equipment
Assist with handling prescription refills, once appropriately trained
