Overview As a member of our Production team, we seek minds that are curious about all new technology but particularly individuals who are actively experimenting with AI to work with us in continuing to bring the future to our clients and their customers. The Junior Digital Producer is responsible for supporting the production of internal & client facing digital initiatives. This person will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to support the launch of best-in-class campaigns, and other digital initiatives. As a Junior Digital Producer, you will bring the creative vision to life while managing schedules, budgets and workflow. Success for this position is measured by: Ability to support projects and, with guidance, lead the production of low complexity digital initiatives Capacity to prioritize workload efficiently, while being accountable to team leads Enhancing and developing of new skillsets as assignments and ad industry evolve Maintaining and developing technical and production knowledge and skills through hands-on project experience, training, and mentorship The successful candidate should have 1-2 years of experience supporting digital, social, or related initiatives in a production environment. A BA or BS degree from an accredited four-year institution is preferred. Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities include: Support the production of a range of digital campaign deliverables including display, websites, apps and related digital assets. Assist Producers with day-to-day production tasks including generating estimates, preparing POs, invoices and related documentation. Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle of projects to support planning, quality control, risk-tracking and on-time delivery. Support collaboration with client partners and cost consultants by preparing materials, tracking inputs, and documenting decisions. Support asset generation/production across photography, film, CGI, GenAI, and post-production projects, including assisting with photographer and director sourcing, participating in creative calls and bidding, and supporting on-set needs when required. Support vendor coordination efforts, including screenings, scheduling, asset tracking, and communication, under the direction of senior production leads. Stay current on technology and AI trends, with a focus on understanding how emerging tools support creative and production workflows. Support the development of case studies and internal documentation, including gathering assets, timelines, and production details. Manage and upkeep department file directories, templates, and guidelines to support consistent production practices. Maintain accurate timesheets and submit them in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned in support of the production team. Qualifications Candidate experience and skills should include: Experience supporting projects related to display, video ads, websites, or social media, with exposure to digital production workflows and deliverables. Familiarity with online advertising ecosystems and digital production vendors, with interest in learning platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Flashtalking, Innovid, or similar tools. Working knowledge of core project management principles and tools, such as Smartsheet, Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent systems, with the ability to manage assigned tasks and track progress accurately. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative production environment. Effective internal and external communication skills, with clear, professional written and verbal delivery. Familiarity with AI tools or AI-assisted production workflows, with interest in learning how they support creative and production processes. Ability to assimilate information quickly and apply feedback across projects in a fast-moving production environment. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
