Business Overview 

The Marketing Division leads brand, creative, marketing, and membership as a cross-group organization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services.  

 

We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that plays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the Marketing Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile. 

 

Department Overview 

UX Strategy Section manage end to end user journey of Rakuten Mobile business including online and offline. By conducting UX research and designing product UX, like mobile App, we try to improve wide variety of touchpoints in our business.

Position: 

Why We Hire 

We are looking for a professional to lead the growth of Rakuten Mobile's service, centered on user experience. 

  

Mandatory Qualifications:
-Business-level Japanese proficiency 

-At least 3 years of practical experience in creating online user flows as a UX --Designer or Product Manager. 

-Strong logical thinking and numerical analysis skills. 

-Excellent interpersonal communication skills. 

-Ability to organize issues, facilitate consensus-building, and successfully complete projects. 

  

Desired Qualifications: 

- Experience in mobile app UX development  

- Experience in quantitative analysis
