Do you thrive in a customer‑facing sales environment where every day is different?
We are looking for a sales‑oriented Store Manager to lead our Exhibition / Showroom Store in Israel.
This is a hands‑on commercial role for someone who enjoys advising customers, closing sales on the spot, and owning the full customer journey—from first conversation through payment and delivery.
You will manage a busy exhibition store with a high volume of individual and business customers, while ensuring professional service, compliance, and operational excellence.
Your key responsibilities:
Your Commercial Impact
Act as the primary sales advisor in the exhibition store, guiding customers and presenting the full product portfolio
Build trust with customers through professional consultation and solution‑based selling
Handle a significant daily customer flow (100–200 customers), ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service
Close sales on the spot and collect payments (credit card, cash, wire transfer)
Issue invoices and receipts accurately and in line with legal requirements
Understand and apply regulatory limits when selling to private individuals
Maintain a high standard of customer experience
Operational & Sales Support Responsibilities
Collect goods and assist customers with loading vehicles
Coordinate shipments and deliveries with external vendors
Manage order flow and internal follow‑up using LN and Power BI
Work confidently in environments involving governmental or regulated customers
Education and Experience:
Background in sales, retail, showroom management, or customer‑facing operations
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a sales mindset
Comfortable balancing sales targets, customer service, and operational tasks
Willingness to acquire a forklift license (existing certificate is an advantage)
Experience with LN and Power BI – an advantage
Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to communicate and collaborate in Hebrew and the basic understanding of English language to understand and complete internal trainings
Organized, responsible, and detail‑oriented aptitude
