Descripción del puesto In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Producer with 5+ years of experience in language services, localization, or a related field, including at least 2 years in a client‑facing leadership role. This position is responsible for developing and growing strategic client relationships, driving commercial opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality language and localization services across global markets. The role partners closely with creative, production, and operational teams to build scalable workflows, oversee delivery excellence, and support the implementation of innovative localization solutions. The Producer contributes to operational setup, leads cross‑functional collaboration, and helps translate strategic vision into efficient execution in both regional and global environments. Responsabilidades Manage and grow client relationships while promoting localization services across markets. Ensure seamless integration of language services into creative and production workflows. Oversee day‑to‑day delivery, including timelines, resource allocation, and quality control. Act as the main escalation point for delivery issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize workflows. Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture. Contribute to financial planning, estimating, forecasting, and identifying account growth opportunities. Cualificaciones 5+ years of experience in language services, localization, or related fields. Minimum 2 years in a client-facing leadership role. Strong understanding of localization tools, workflows, and platforms. Experience managing complex accounts and global partnerships. Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. Commercial acumen in estimating, forecasting, and financial conversations. Experience with voiceover production, rights management, and casting (SAG-AFTRA, UDA preferred). Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and maintain quality under pressure. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Agency or production environment experience preferred.
