About the job:
As Brand Activation Manager, you will bring the Electrolux brand to life across the full consumer journey. You will lead integrated campaigns, product launches, and high-impact activations across PR, influencer marketing, sponsorships, and events—ensuring strong local execution aligned with global brand guidelines and local market relevance.
You will report to: Marketing & TO Manager, Adriatics & Greece
What you'll do:
Thanks to you, the Electrolux brand will come to life across the entire consumer journey through impactful campaigns, product launches, and engaging activations. You will drive integrated marketing across digital, PR, influencer, events, and partnerships - ensuring strong execution, collaboration, and measurable results that elevate brand presence.
In detail, you will:
Support the development and execute 360° brand activation campaigns across key consumer touchpoints (digital, social, retail, PR, influencer, experiential)
Plan and coordinate product launches in close collaboration with Trade Marketing, Product Management, and Sales
Contribute to the planning and alignment of integrated marketing activities across the consumer journey, including partnerships and post-purchase initiatives
Implement and manage PR and influencer marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Coordinate and guide the social media agency, overseeing content planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization in line with brand objectives
Identify and coordinate strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
Organize and execute brand events, product launches, trade shows, and experiential activations
Track performance of marketing campaigns and activations, applying insights to improve effectiveness and execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure effective execution and delivery
Qualifications & Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand activation, campaign management, or integrated marketing
Experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, or similar industries is a plus
Exposure to PR, influencer marketing, and event management is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills within a matrix environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Creativity, storytelling capability, and social media savvy, combined with strong awareness of cultural trends, the local environment, and consumer behavior
Strong project management and organizational skills
Fluency in English (additional regional languages are a plus)
