Responsibilities:

1、薪资福利管理
督导日常薪资福利管理工作;调查了解同行业以及地方企业的薪资信息,分析公司的薪酬架构,配合完成Mercer和Taihe的薪酬调查报告,为公司管理层决策提供参考。
2、考勤管理
督导日常考勤管理。
3、费用报销管理
督导日常费用报销管理
4、人事报表/人事费用预算 /PRP
制定并汇总年度CTC预测及预算资料,跟进修订CTC预测及预算;制定Long Form供总部进行人事费用分析;参与年度PRP Presentations的编写及汇总;参与制定三年人力规划。
5、SAP系统管理
协调与Averis HR有关SAP系统中有关组织架构、人事信息、薪资福利、绩效管理、考勤管理、费用报销等系统问题的跟进、落实。
6、员工关系管理
做到与员工的有效沟通,及时地向员工解释国家政策法规及公司规章制度,执行公司相关奖惩决定,参与修订员工手册。
7、规范和审核各项工作的流程
和总部一起回顾和审核目前各项工作的流程和表单,逐步做到规范和统一。
8、体检
新员工体检及公司员工年度体检事宜
9、其它
领导交办的其它工作和配合各BG、BU及各部门调取资料和数据
