About the Team & Business Line
As part of an experienced and dynamic team to provide top quality services to our international clients, you will become a part of Citco Vilnius Internship Program 2026 and will work together with the team under supervision of senior colleagues.
Your Role:
- Assist in managing and updating client information in internal systems.
- Assist with billing requests, support and maintain the billing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Help maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Assist with presentations preparation for quarterly meeting with the client.
- Demonstrate collaborative, supportive and proactive approach.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve client service delivery.
About You:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Interested in the relationship side of the business, not the day-to-day accounting side.
- Strong written and verbal English language skills.
- Eager to learn new things.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Proactive, team-oriented and results driven.
- Able to dedicate 30-39h/week during office hours for 3 months.
Salary
1153 EUR GROSS
