
[Internship] Project Management Intern (Japanese Speaking)
Job Description
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Provide support on various project management tools and interface with different stakeholders
- Create & maintain project documentations & reports
- Assure document and information updated and transferred within project team
- Set-up project meetings and prepare MOM
Other Responsibilities
- Supports Team Leader with adminstration tasks
- Creating monthly working hour tracking reports
- Maintaining internal team’s administrative documentations
- Entitled as full-time student major in Economics/Languages, ... during internship period
- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
- Eloquent in English and Japanese (N2 or above)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and prioritization skills
- Patient and Willing to learn
- Proactive in tackling problems and raising ideas
- Can work Independently
- Be entrusted with your own area of responsibility
