
Business Intelligence Analyst (Consumer Lending/Credit Card Products)
Job Description
Support business decisions within the Consumer Lending Experiences team, specifically focused on credit cardholder experiences by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to leadership via dashboards, reports, and strategic recommendations. Analyze business problems and issues using business intelligence tools that incorporate data from internal and external sources. Develop an understanding of business needs and objectives based on analysis. Solve a range of problems with a high level of autonomy and complexity. Developing professional with basic skill set and proficiency with procedures and analysis techniques. Work cross functionally with analytics, marketing, and leadership stakeholders.
