You will lead high-value capture efforts from early qualification through proposal submission and contract award, shaping win strategies that influence how advanced software solutions are positioned to government and enterprise customers. The role blends commercial strategy, technical storytelling, and deep knowledge of government acquisition processes. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Executive Leadership to develop competitive strategies and compelling customer-facing narratives. A key part of the role involves managing complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits while aligning technical capabilities with mission-critical customer needs. This is a highly visible position where your work directly impacts win rates, pipeline growth, and long-term strategic success.
