Manager Clinical Services: Hoag at Home Physicians
Job Description
The Manager of Clinical Services functions as a proactive leader, educator, resource, consultant, and researcher with regard to clinical aspects of Hoag Clinic business, in close collaboration with and under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services and other members of the Hoag Clinic leadership team. The Manager of Clinical Services works to ensure optimal patient care outcomes and drive innovation.
The scope of the Manager of Clinical Services’ responsibility includes but is not limited to:
- Evidence-based patient care standards
- Staff education
- Patient and staff safety
- Regulatory compliance
- Risk management
- Patient relations
- Clinical workflow design
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Four (4) years clinical nursing experience; Two (2) years in an ambulatory care setting; Two (2) years’ experience in leadership, staff education, or risk management
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong clinical documentation knowledge and skills
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
License RequiredCurrent licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing in the State of California
