Halff has an immediate opening for a Civil Engineer in our Land Development / Public Works group, in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of design experience in residential and / or commercial development projects, ability to manage projects, clients, and junior team members, and desire to be a motivated ‘seller-doer’.
