Sr. Electrical Engineer - Highway/Road Infrastructure (Tarlac)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering initiatives on a significant infrastructure project. This is a key consulting position requiring strategic oversight, technical expertise, and project leadership.

Requirements:

• Professional Licensure: Valid Electrical Engineer license (required)
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Licensed Electrical Engineer
• Expertise: Demonstrated track record in electrical system design, supervision, and project delivery

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Electrical Engineer will:

• Review & Recommend detailed engineering designs related to electrical components, ensuring compliance with standards and project specifications
• Supervise & Manage all electrical engineering aspects throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee Toll Collection System works, including design validation, installation supervision, and system integration
• Perform Additional Tasks as required to successfully complete consulting service deliverables

Required Competencies

• Advanced knowledge of electrical design standards and best practices
• Project management and team leadership experience
• Toll collection systems or similar infrastructure technology (preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
