Operating in a fast-paced fintech environment, you will collaborate closely with subservicers, legal partners, and internal stakeholders to drive compliant and efficient servicing outcomes. The position also includes significant ownership in process improvement, escalation resolution, and operational oversight of servicing workflows. In addition, you will help strengthen team capability by training and mentoring colleagues on evolving policies and procedures.
