We鈥檙e looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM) to help us scale our go-to-market teams in the US. You鈥檒l own hiring for roles like Account Executives, SDRs, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing, working closely with leadership to build high-performing teams that drive revenue.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle hiring for GTM roles across the US (sales, partnerships, marketing, CS)
Support hiring for key engineering roles as needed
Partner closely with sales and GTM leadership to define hiring needs and ideal profiles
Build strong outbound pipelines for high-priority roles (especially AEs and BDRs)
Run structured, high-signal interview processes that move fast without lowering the bar
Act as a strategic partner on headcount planning, role design, and hiring strategy
Deliver a strong, no-BS candidate experience aligned with Aikido鈥檚 brand
