Value Stream Manager

Atkore, a recent recipient of a Great Place to Work© certification, is currently searching for a Value Stream Manager to be based out of Wayne, MI. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for leading the Operations team of one of our Value Streams, and have full ownership for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a requirement.
