Job Description

We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our San Diego office is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our fast-paced Collections team. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will be responsible for reviewing collections accounts for accuracy and completeness and processing a high-volume of documents relating to incoming collection files. There will be heavy contact with clients, verbally and in writing, to request documents and answer questions.

Compensation:

$21.00-$24.00/hourly

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to obtain necessary information
  • Review collection files for accuracy and completeness
  • Enter appropriate notes regarding accounts into databases
  • Organize reports, calculate invoices, and redact documents
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed by the department
  • Provide occasional backup receptionist coverage

 

Qualifications:

 

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

 

  • 1+ year office administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Versatile computer skills

 

The following qualifications are preferred:

 

  • Previous rental housing industry or property management experience

 

Schedule:

 

Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Our business hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.

 

We currently offer a hybrid work model for select positions within the Firm. New hire employees who are offered a hybrid schedule will complete their onboarding and training in-office as deemed necessary for the position by the firm before transitioning to a hybrid schedule, subject to approval by their supervisor.
