Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Annual calendar planning + JIT opportunity evaluation
2. Contract review, budget recommendation, and spend tracking
Collateral production (Cvent pages, emails, social, signage, booth design)
3. Lead capture (iCapture or regional equivalent) and Salesforce hygiene
4. Post‑event reporting with KPIs and insights
5. Build relationships with organizers for speaking slots and partnerships
6. Adopt and share best practices across regions; contribute to BKMs and templates
Required Qualifications
4–7 years in event production (B2B tech or industrial preferred)
Demonstrated autonomy in remote environments; strong written/verbal skills
Hands‑on with Cvent, Salesforce, and project tools (Asana, Confluence, Skilljar)
Budget & contract fluency; vendor negotiation experience
Language & compliance per region (see below)
Region‑Specific Requirements
English + Spanish (near‑native)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams (Sales/Finance/HR/ES)
Track record securing speaking opportunities and partnerships
Basic analytics and reporting proficiency
