Job Description
- Lead a high-performing planning team by providing structural coaching, career sponsorship, and performance development to drive sustained growth and operational excellence.
- Manage the product portfolio at a macro level to identify system-wide risks, mitigate resource bottlenecks, and minimize excess and obsolescence across the ecosystem.
- Drive AI transformation and critical infrastructure enhancements, including o9 and SSOT development, to automate workflows and scale for high-volume product launches.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders through Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) leadership to synchronize forecasts, supply allocation, and operational execution across a matrixed organization.
- Oversee core success metrics, including inventory health, material spend, and gross margins, ensuring consistent delivery of business value and organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
