- Initiating Background verification checks with Agency
- Highlighting discrepancies to stakeholders for delays
- reinitiating cases closed due to unable to verify
- Adjudication Approvals from right authorities in case of various discrepancies
- updating the stakeholders on the progress of check initiated
- Providing reports with the updated status.
- On-boarding Process
- Initiating & timely completion of joining formalities for new employee
- Ensuring the release of all employment related contracts & letters
- HRIS Updation and management
- I-9 and E-verify administration
- Creating Personnel File
- Employee Movement & Transfer process
- Initiating deputation and repatriation process within said timeframe
- Issuing letters of Deputation/Transfer
- HRIS Updation and management
- Clearance tracking and notifications
- Personnel File & Document Management
- Maintaining personnel file of employees
- Updating Employee File Management Data
- Preparing various letters as per request and verifications purposes
- Employee Query Management
- Reverts to various query raised by employee & Stakeholders
- Query Management tracking report
- Audit Management
- Collating & verifying audit details
- Front end audit responsibility
- Timely submission of audit requirement
