Job Title: Transformation Management Office Support Manager

 

Role Overview

 

The Transformation Management Office (TMO) Support Manager leads transformation office management activities to ensure enterprise transformation programs deliver intended outcomes and benefits.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Define TMO governance, operating model, and standards
  • Oversee transformation roadmap, milestones, and benefits tracking
  • Manage executive stakeholders and steering committees
  • Identify transformation risks and ensure mitigation plans
  • Drive alignment across business, technology, and operations
  • Lead and develop TMO support teams

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • 10+ years of experience in transformation, PMO, or strategy execution roles
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in enterprise-wide transformation programs
