DC Fabricators (DCF)) is seeking a talented Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to join our team. This is an on-site position reporting to our manufacturing facility in DC Fabricators. This position can be located at either DC Fabricators in Florence, NJ or Precision Custom Components (PCC) in York, Pennsylvania. Travel between sites would be approximately 2-3 times per month.

To perform this job successfully, one must be highly motivated and experienced ISSM to develop and implement a comprehensive security program for our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cybersecurity and industrial security, with a focus on NIST SP 800- 171, FIPS, and System Security Plan (SSP) development. The primary responsibilities will include managing our security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requirements, and mitigating insider threats.
 
Essential Duties of the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM):
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive security program in accordance with NISPOM and cleared industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-171, FIPS, FISMA, and other federal regulations governing industrial and cybersecurity.
  • Manage System Security Plans (SSP), implement cybersecurity protocols, and oversee security assessments and audits.
  • Lead efforts to safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and ensure compliance with government contracts.
  • Develop insider threat programs and perform risk assessments.
  • Provide security training and guidance to employees and contractors.
  • Oversee facility clearances, ensuring proper management of classified information and
  • personnel security.
  • Strong working knowledge of NIST SP 800-171, FIPS, NISPOM, and other relevant security frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with System Security Plan (SSP) development, security risk assessments, and incident response.
  • Active DoD Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
  • Experience working with insider threat programs and cybersecurity mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to travel between our York, PA and Florence, NJ locations 2-3 times per month.
Education/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial security, cybersecurity, or a related role.
  • Experience with CUI requirements and implementing security measures in government contracting environments.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools, continuous monitoring, and incident response protocols.
  • Certifications such as Security+, SSCP, CISSP, or CompTIA Cloud+ are a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent computer skills required. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as specific programs related to the position.

Pay Range: $115,000 - $145,000 per year
