Outpatient Lab Director

Integrates the activities of the Laboratory department with all other hospital departments in ensuring overall hospital efficiency and cost effectiveness.   Develops ongoing quantitative and qualitative operating analysis programs to establish and maintain the highest degree of cost effectiveness as well as quality assurance and risk management.
