SMCR Associate - FTC - 12 months

Do you want to work in a role that gives a broad exposure to senior leaders across different parts of the organisation? Do you want to expand and develop your knowledge and experience of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR)?

Join the SMCR office and apply your skills and experience working with the first line senior leaders directly supporting compliance with their SMCR responsibilities. You will also work directly with colleagues in HR, Compliance and Legal on SMCR matters in addition to working with the SMCR Director to whom this role reports into. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual to develop a detailed and practical understanding of SMCR and build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business and support functions. The role is an FTC for 12 months period and would be based in London with a minimum 3 days in office.
