Job Description
- Lead a team of Engineering Analysts to perform deep investigations and apply advanced statistical methods to large and complex data sets spanning billions of events and thousands of features from unique data sources across the organization.
- Lead the team to create and deploy solutions for classification of abusive accounts, content and behavior using a variety of tools, features and functions, including SQL, Python, and LLMs.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and partners in engineering, product, policy, and legal to drive complex anti-abuse solutions involving and impacting various cross-functional areas.
- Formulate a practical and high impact long term strategy and outlook, and lead a dedicated analyst team to cover a wide variety of abuse vectors.
- Identify abuse trends and techniques early and develop and deploy anti-abuse countermeasures on a tight schedule and dealing with abuse at scale.
